Unit 1: Executive Preparation

The purpose of this unit is to give the top leaders of a group a vision of what they’ll be getting out of the transformation overall. This will help them be onboard, excited, and supportive of the solution. After the initial webinar, we engage in a deep evaluation of your teams to gauge their current processes and abilities and their capacity to absorb change. This is a mutually introductory experience that allows you to make sure this transformation is right for you and, at the same time, allows us to ensure the transformation will move at the quickest pace your teams can accept.

Unit 2: Leadership Preparation

The purpose of this unit is to give middle leaders of a group a vision of what they’ll be getting and a deep understanding of how the individual contributors will be applying what they learn. It will also help them identify whether their team members are actually doing what needs to be done or require additional guidance. This is a transformative experience. It changes how your management functions by delivering critical training and running them through a structured coaching process including ad hoc coaching and workshops that produces a number of documented, understood, and ratified strategies and action items that will enable the teams to undergo their transformation smoothly.

Unit 3: Leadership Support

The purpose of this unit is to provide leadership with the coaching they need in order to be able to support and drive transformation with their teams. This is ongoing support that ensures management – one of the most critical, yet often overlooked, aspects of a transformation – is set up to succeed and that the teams will have everything they need to adopt our recommendations with few impediments.

Unit 4: Team Transformation

The purpose of this unit is to transform how a team and its supporting affiliates operate to provide a strong foundation and allow requirements to flow smoothly through their system. The team will be taken through a delivery of our Better Requirements for X course, followed by coaching sessions and workshops to drive the transformation. At the end, each team will be certified as competent. They will not merely be certified as having attended. Instead, we will evaluate and verify their competency. We guarantee that teams will be able to achieve competency and we back that guarantee with up to 2 extra sprints of ad hoc coaching to help them get there, if they need a little extra help after their structured coaching program completes. This is a transformative experience. It will fundamentally rewire how your teams and their affiliated individuals discuss, track, and hand-off requirements, resulting in a smooth delivery of value with minimal rework.

The decision of the arbitrator will be final and binding. Any mediator or arbitrator must be a neutral party acceptable to both you and Producore LLC. Notwithstanding any other provision in these Terms and Conditions, you and Producore LLC agree that you both retain the right to bring an action in small claims court and to bring an action for injunctive relief or intellectual property infringement.

Severability
